Wapost Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use Wapost, the WhatsApp messaging service of Indu Computers, Jalgaon. By messaging us on WhatsApp, or by agreeing to receive WhatsApp messages from us, you accept these terms.

2. What Wapost does

Wapost lets you talk to Indu Computers on WhatsApp. Through it we may reply to your questions and send invoices, receipts, order and delivery updates, quotations, repair and service updates, payment reminders, account statements, feedback requests and, if you agree, offers. Wapost runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms.

3. Opting in and out

• We message you only if you contacted us first or agreed to receive WhatsApp messages from us.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop promotional messages. Messages about an active order, payment or repair may continue unless you ask us to stop them as well.
• Standard WhatsApp and mobile data charges from your network may apply. We do not charge you for messages.

4. Using Wapost responsibly

When you use Wapost, you agree not to:

• Send spam, abusive, threatening or illegal content.
• Send viruses, malware or harmful files.
• Pretend to be someone else, or use someone else's number without permission.
• Try to disrupt, overload or misuse our systems.

We may stop replying to, or block, any number that breaks these rules.

5. Orders, prices and documents

• Prices, stock and quotations shared on WhatsApp are valid only as stated in the message. They may change without notice.
• An order is confirmed only when we confirm it to you or issue an invoice.
• If a WhatsApp message and our official invoice or record differ, the official invoice or record applies.
• Warranty, return and service terms are the ones printed on your invoice or job sheet and on indudirect.com.

6. Payments and safety

• We will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, card number, CVV or passwords on WhatsApp.
• Pay only through the payment details or links shown on our official invoice or sent from our official WhatsApp business number.
• If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from us, do not pay and call us on +91 77200 67500.

7. Availability

Wapost depends on WhatsApp, Meta's systems and mobile networks, which we do not control. We try to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available, or that every message will be delivered on time. For anything urgent, call or visit our store.

8. WhatsApp's own terms

Your use of WhatsApp is also covered by WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for how WhatsApp or Meta run their services.

9. Your privacy

How we collect, use and delete your information is explained in the Wapost Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Indu Computers is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss caused by using Wapost, by delays or failures in message delivery, or by WhatsApp being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Indian law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Jalgaon, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. If you keep using Wapost after a change, you accept the updated terms.
