How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 7 to 15 business days as an estimate. Tracking details are shared once the order ships. Delivery covers Jalgaon and the surrounding area.
Do I get a GST invoice with my order?
Yes. Every order is billed with a GST invoice, packed and sealed at the counter before it leaves the shop.
What if my product arrives damaged or does not work?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or another resolution. Reporting inside that window is what keeps the claim straightforward.
Can I return a product?
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Activated software, opened consumables and specially ordered products cannot be returned.
How does the warranty work?
Where a manufacturer warranty applies, it is honoured at the shop and we assist with the claim process, so you do not have to deal with the manufacturer yourself.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, an order can be cancelled any time before it is dispatched.
Do you repair and upgrade computers and laptops?
Yes. Diagnostics, part replacement, data recovery and speed upgrades are done by our own technicians in Jalgaon, on the same service bench, rather than being couriered away.

Yes. We handle annual maintenance contracts, bulk supply, on site support and CCTV installation for offices, shops and schools.
